SEWAGE SYSTEM PERMITS AND FEE SCHEDULE

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • An application or service will not be processed until all fees are paid in full.

  • All permit applications must include all required documents.

  • Documentation must be provided in a legible, complete format.

  • Do not send photos of your application (for example, cellphone pictures).

  • You must submit original paper copies or clear, printable scanned documents (PDF preferred).

  • This ensures the application meets the requirements of Section 8 of the Building Code Act, 1992 and Division C of the Ontario Building Code.

Please note that inspectors are not permitted to assist applicants with design specifications regarding sewage system permit applications. Please contact a licensed sewage system designer and/or installer or refer to the Ontario Building Code for further information.
